Pamela Rubeo is a lifelong resident of the northwest side neighborhood of Portage Park. After graduating from Northwestern University and then Loyola University Chicago School of Law, Pam became an Assistant Appellate Defender at the Office of the State Appellate Defender. There, Pam has dedicated herself to representing the indigent and marginalized, while fighting to protect all citizens’ constitutional rights. She also volunteers as pro bono counsel at parole hearings and other collateral proceedings for inmates serving indeterminate terms.

Pam has been an active parishioner of St. Pascal Church her whole life, having served on the finance council and other committees over the years, and ministering as a lector and Eucharistic Minister. Pam has been a member of the Catholic Lawyers Guild of Chicago since 2005, and has served on its board and as the Guild’s treasurer for many years. She is the proud mother of two beautiful daughters.
