Dean Jean Gaspardo served in the capacity of Director of Student Services for Loyola University Chicago School of Law from 1993 – 1999, and as assistant dean from 1999 to 2019. Her responsibilities as Dean of Students and Law Programs included: Director of Study Law Abroad Programs in China, Rome and Strasbourg/European Legal Institutions; Associate Director of Appellate Advocacy Honors Program and assisted with the general administration of the law school. Dean Gaspardo has an extensive background in small business and world travel. She speaks fluent Italian and can also communicate in Spanish and French. Dean Gaspardo has accompanied the summer abroad program continuously since 1991.
In addition to the Catholic Lawyers Guild of Chicago, Dean Gaspardo is a member of Holy Name Cathedral, the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the Chicago chapter of the Justinians Society.
